Three Card Challenges - One Card

This week-end when I felt for crafting I found three
different challenges I wanted to join!
See the end of the blogpost!

This is my card for all three of them:

I love love love clouds! And a little sunshine is always nice!
The Swedish text says:
"We are made for each other!"

Hope you like what I have done!

CASology week 308: CLOUD #2

I just had to make a second card for the CASology CLOUD challenge!!!

I love clouds and rainbows and suns so it is perfect for me!

I used the cloud die that only makes the stitches and created a background.
The sun and textstamp just completed what I wanted to get!

CASology week 308: CLOUD

This week's code word is CLOUD at CASology.

This is my take:

With this adorable textstamp I just had to follow the words directly
and create a rainbow in a cloud by using shrink plastic for my small clouds.

I also added some caviar pearls to enhance the sound when shaking.

Thanks for another fun challenge!

CASology 307: ZOOM

I have just received some new stamps from Gummiapan and I got this idea
for the CASology week 307: ZOOM challenge

Since I am not that good at colouring I decided to only colour
one poppy and keep the rest in black and white.
The coloured one is zoomed in by using a raised circle.

Hope you like my take on the challenge!

Copper

I just had to buy these beautiful new dies from Gummiapan and when
the new challenge at CASology was Copper I thought they would fit perfectly!

I have heat embossed the heart dandelion and I love you with copper powder.

Hope you like my card!

CASology Week 298 #2 + TIME OUT Challenges

Here is my second take on this week's challenge at CASology: JUNGLE!

I think this new crocodile from Gummiapan is just crazy so I had to use it.

The crazy eyes give an extra dimension to the look of the card.

For this card I got approval from my daughter
- crocodiles apparently live in the jungle.

The code word this week made my mojo go wild!

/Petra

PS! Since Joyce recommended me to also enter for

CASology week 298 #1

Today I have made two cards for CASology week 298 challenge JUNGLE!

This is the first card:

The pandas are fresh out of the stamp making machine at Gummiapan and I just love them.
To get them really crisp I used my MISTI and stamped the black several times.

There was a small mistake made by me when colouring the ballons
so I had to stamp and cut out a third one to cover up...

My daughter thought this card was too cute and not jungly enough
so I had to make another one, see next blogpost.

I think pandas live in bamboo jungles in China :)

CASology week 285

So this week the cue word is SWOON.
I never heard the word before, it is not included in our English classes in Sweden...

My take ended up a bit too much, not perfectly CAS with all the clouds
in the background, still I think the pattern is calm enough to qualify.
What do you think?

I used a border die, both sides to create the clouds:

Hope you enjoy!

Encourage CASology #281

This week's challenge at CASology is:

I made this unicorn card with a brilliant text!
Who would not like to be a unicorn?!?

And of course unicorns have rainbow colours and glitter...

I hope you like this card!

Advent wreath

Advent wreath for CASology week 277: ROUND.

Maybe not perfectly CAS, but still not too busy...

I made the hangers on the candles in shrink plastic for each Sunday in advent.

Finally some Wink of Stella on the flames of the candles.

A card with tiny words

This week's challenge at CASology (week 2749 is: TINY

I made a card with a lot of tiny speach bubbles with tiny stamped words in.
Grattis is Swedish for Congrats.

I made a background with Distress Oxide in three nuances.

The speach bubbles are mounted on different heights to give
the card a bit of extra interest.

Thanks for another fun challenge!

CASology week 270: ODD

This week's theme at CASology is ODD.

I had to give it one thought extra to decide what to create...
... I wanted to use this new textstamp... but what to combine it with...

... Trolltomte of course!

He is coloured with Copics.

I am pretty sure he is one of a kind!

/Petra

PS! Thanks for another fun challenge - I try to participate as often as possible!

CASology week 268

A card for CASology week 268:
FORTUNE

I have used this new little fish and matching text from Gummiapan:

The background is created with Distress Oxide Broken China
and then I have diecut with some border dies and put the
paper back together.

The text is so much fun!
The bubbles are done with Gloss pen.

The sweet looking fish is coloured with Copics and then
he got Wink of Stella on the body and Glossy accent on the eye.

Hope you enjoy!

Four small apples

It was so fun to play with my apple stamps from Gummiapan
so I brought out also the small apple to make another card for

CASology week 265: EDUCATION

and

Addicted to CAS #119: APPLES

I coloured three apples red and thought something was missing
until I coloured the green "Granny Smith" apple.

Hope you enjoy!

/Petra

A big apple

Hi everyone!

It is challenge time and this time I was able to combine

CASology week 265: EDUCATION

and

Addicted to CAS #119: APPLES

This is my first take:

A big apple stamp from Gummiapan and that
adorable text for a teacher to hear!

Some Wink of Stella on the leaf and
some enamel dots to finish it of.

A brilliant card

I just had to make another card for

This time I used a brilliant theme!?!

Since I had the perfect text stamp from Gummiapan
I started from there and then I thought about that
a brilliant (or diamond) will create rainbow (spectrum)
from a sun beam. So I went for rainbow coloured brilliants.

Here is a close up of the brilliants!

To create the rainbow coloured brilliants I started
with a white paper coloured with distress inks and
ran it through my Cuttlebug using a die from Gummiapan.
I used: Candied Apple, Carved Pumpkin, Mustard Seed,
Twisted Citron, Mermaid Lagoon and Seedless Preserves.

Hope you like it!
